For this blog, we’re highlighting a top-rated neighborhood to the northwest of Indianapolis, Traders Point.
Traders Point Overview
If you look at a map of Indianapolis, the Traders Point area is to the northwest and makes a large triangle between the corner of 65 and 865/465. Some places also include part of Eagle Creek in the Traders Point area.
Individuals living in Traders Point have the benefit of accessing downtown events easily and quickly with 65 and also embracing a “sparse urban” feel by being further from the city and nearby towns like Zionsville.
According to Niche.com, around 7,000 people live in the Traders Point area. This website gave it an overall A+ rating. Its top categories receiving A’s were for Housing, Good for Families, Cost of LIving, Diversity, and Health and Fitness. The lowest grade Traders Point received was a B- in their Commute category.
